Plain-language summary: You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you. Email us, and we will confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data we might hold
Depending on how you have used the site, we may hold one or more of:
- Your name and email (if you bought a guide or signed up for our newsletter)
- Order history and PDF download history (kept for 7 years for tax purposes, then deleted)
- Anonymous analytics about how you used the site, with no personal identifier
Our Facebook integration only publishes content to our own Cute Littles World page. It does not read, store, or process any data about visitors or Facebook users.
How to request deletion
Send us an email and we will delete everything we hold about you within 30 days.
Please include in your email:
- The email address you used on the site (so we can find your record)
- Your Facebook user ID, if your request relates to Facebook
- Any other detail that will help us find your data
What happens after you request deletion
- We send you a confirmation reply within 3 business days.
- We locate all the data we hold linked to your email address or Facebook ID.
- We permanently delete it from our databases and our payment processor records, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (tax records for completed orders are kept for 7 years by law, then deleted).
- We send a final confirmation when deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.
Facebook-specific deletion
If you ever authorised our Facebook app, you can revoke that access directly from your own Facebook account at any time: Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Cute Littles World Automation > Remove. That immediately ends our access. If you also want any locally-held records deleted, email us as well.
